C ar fraud / deception AUTO 1 The most unserious car auction company I have ever worked with, I bought a BMW on 03.04.2025 for 18998 euros. After a month, I was informed by email that the car did not pass the technical inspection and could no longer be sold to me. They unilaterally canceled the sales invoice and until this date 13.06.2025 they have not refunded me the money for this car 18998 euros. I sent emails to all the addresses found on the internet, I called this company several times, I also sent a written notification via DHL to the company headquarters in Berlin to refund my money and the only response from them was that they were sorry for the situation created and they sent emails to the financial department from which a response is expected. I filed a complaint with the Berlin Police for fraud and online deception for the amount of 18,998 euros which was accepted and sent for investigation to the State Criminal Police Office - LKA Berlin. Today my lawyer will file a complaint for fraud also with the Milan and Bucharest Police because the invoice was issued by AUTO 1 Milan and paid in Deutsche Bank Frankfurt.
